| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Kevin Harrington for $150k for 30% of company and licensing rights with 4% royalty to Jonathan. |
in 2008 Jonathan Miller created a custom energy bar service to cater to customers' unique tastes called Element Bars. They are on track to sell 40k bars this year and do about $100k in revenue.
The sharks like the bars but more importantly they love Jonathan. He is a fast-talking, well-informed individual.
The sharks find Element Bars' valuation way too high, leaving but one shark remaining. Kevin Harrington eventually finds a middle ground and seals a deal with Jonathan.
Life is hard, then you die.

The deal did not close. On Shark Tank air-date, the website could not handle the surge in traffic, preventing some from placing orders.
In season 4, episode 2, we got an update that Element Bars went from selling 100 bars daily to thousands. Element Bars expanded to its manufacturing facility run by ten people. 30% of their bars sell to companies that private label the bars for their own business. Jonathan announced the addition of Element cereal, a customizable cereal.
Perhaps the sharks were correct in that the fundamental secret ingredient was Jonathan. In 2022 Element Bars is no longer selling its bars but rather serves as a start-to-finish service for emerging bar concepts. They have the ability to produce smaller test batch quantities as well as mass produce bars with larger scale orders.
Jonathan is still the CEO. The website is elementbars.com http://www.elementbars.comLink Preview
