I thought Howie Mandel was going to show up when these ladies started walking in.
Kimberly Cayce is a former pro golfer attempting to create uniquely crafted bras suited for specific activities with her brand Kalyx. With a sharp name like that, you may be expecting huge sales.
Kalyx just made their first sale and is admittedly running on fumes.
After putting $100k into this business, Kimberly is in the sand bunker, to put it nicely. Kevin O'Leary puts it a bit differently.
I can't decide if I'd rather stick needles in my eyes or give you $125k...There is no hope. You are going to zero with this.
After Kimberly was heartbroken leaving the tank, Robert and Kevin O'Leary debate how it should've been handled, and Barbara, sandwiched between them, concludes with I've gotta change chairs.

After Shark Tank, Kimberly felt very upset, but her associates turned her tears into motivation and springboarded the company forward. With funding secured, Kalyx got their inventory prepared and, on the show's air day, received around 4000 orders. Customers loved the premium products she delivered.
