Flipoutz Shark Tank Pitch
This is supposed to be the idealistic family that viewers at home aspire to be. Hell, their name is the Johnsons. The Johnsons are happy, go on family vacations, and spend $250k on their kids' business ideas.
You have heard of NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) and Web 3. Well, hop in your time machine and go back 15 years, and the Johnsons, in a sense, have a "Web 2" version of Flipoutz.
Flipoutz intends to be the next "Sillybandz," which may have inspired the z in their name. It also happens to be much more phonetically favorable to Lochland than the unforgiving s.
Flipoutz has unique art in the shape of coins that can be displayed in a bracelet, traded with others, and tracked through the Flipoutz website.
In its first six months, Flipoutz did $20k in revenue.
The Johnsons have a patent pending on tracking and trading anything. Is that a thing? Am I worth more if I have a patent pending on breathing air?
Did you feel that? All the love and the feel goodness just got sucked out.
Like a kid chasing in NFTs, the Johnsons' take a hail mary counter that fails, and they FOMO (Fear of missing out) accept the sharks' original ask.
The kid is a rockstar.
Does anyone else agree that whenever anybody over 50 listens to some random kid talk, the elder thinks the kid is a savant?

Flipoutz After Shark Tank
Flipoutz went from being carried in 10 stores to over 300, such as Toys’R’Us and Hallmark. Wild Craze Inc acquired FlipOutz in 2013 for an undisclosed sum.
According to his LinkedIn , in 2006, Jake played young Ricky Bobby in the comedy Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby. He then played a character in Army Wives until 2012.Link Preview

In 2015, Jake (15 years old at the time) was into bow ties; however, he found what was on the market drab. He and his sister Lochlan created a customizable bow tie and started a brand called Beaux Up, which won a $5k grand prize in Warren Buffet's "Grow Your Own Business Challenge" according to entrepreneur.com https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/272167.
