The Pitch

James Mitchell invented an environmentally friendly way to eliminate odors by breaking up chemicals rather than masking the smell with a fragrance. His product is called Fresh Ayre.

James has sold over $3 million of his product since inception, $350k of which came last year. However, the year before that, revenue was $500k, and Fresh Ayre was in Walgreens until a significant competitor had Walgreens remove Fresh Ayre from the shelves.

James and an investor own 57% of the business, while friends and family own the rest. James raised and spent $600k so far.
