Johnny Gennaro created a mafia-inspired band to carry cash. Mafia members don't carry credit cards and IDs but rather a simple wad of cash. Johnny brought in Vincent Pastore, a mafia celebrate on the show The Sopranos, to be a brand ambassador of the product.
Johnny has put $200k into The Broccoli Wad so far.
I think you're both totally nuts. I don't get it. I am so out on this. Worst thing I've heard on this show.
If I get 50 cents a unit and he sells enough of them, I'll get my house in Malibu.
Vinny has shot a commercial for the product with his Sopranos cast and plans to push hard on sales this year. The problem is that Vinny is the brand but is nowhere on the product and is not economically incentivized with the business' success.
After returning to the drawing board, Barbara made a creative offer that included Vinny having equity in the company and rebranding the product as The Vinny Wad. Johnny, keeping in mind what happens if he takes money out of the pockets of the mafia, accepts the terms and conditions.
