When Deidrea Haysel had a baby four years ago, she felt humiliated in the "nasty, chemical-smelling, ill-fitting hospital gown." I can see it being low-quality and unfashionable but nasty...let's hear her out.
When asked a straightforward question about how many women have a baby each year, Deidrea responds with a non-answer, saying it's a $4.5 billion industry, which is meaningless to the sharks.
In the last two years, Deidrea has sold $11k of Hot Mama Gowns. Deidrea currently works as a pharmacist and does Hot Mama Gowns on the side.
I'm not sure what you want from me because I have all the answers. That's the problem.
Deidrea's answers/excuses are entirely different from the sharks' visions, and she is unwilling to listen and change. I happen to agree with the sharks' perspective.
Like I said, I'm amazing. Like I said, I could be dangerous if I do this [full-time]. I'm a hot mama. I'm a hot...superwife.
Her high energy comes off as masking a bad-tempered control freak. If all she says is true, I don't know how she finds time to eat. Oh, by the way, it's a $4.5 billion industry if that didn't persuade you the first time she said that.

After Deidrea goes into a tear fest, saying she felt personally attacked, the sharks beg Barbara not to kill money on this, yet Barbara gives a slam dunk of an offer.
Line-by-line, Deidrea agrees to Barbara's conditions but then shockingly turns down the offer and reveals in her exit interview that she didn't agree with Barbara's conditions.
The product has excellent potential, but the entrepreneur was an issue.
