Hydromax Shark Tank Pitch

When Chris Spencer is not giving kids CTE at football practice, he works a corporate job. When he is not working, he spends time with his family. That concludes his time, so his once lively product has sat in his basement for the last four years.

In 2007, Chris' product Hydromax did $100k in revenue before he followed the journey of love. Hydromax is a patented way to give easy access to water to football players on the field to reduce heat stroke and dehydration.

Robert brings up CamelBak as a significant competitor, and with Chris not dedicating his time to this, the sharks don't want to do all the work. Shockingly, nobody brings up licensing.

Chris hit the sharks with the old pathos sales tactic of if you don't invest, you're killing kids. All the sharks go out except Jeff, who likes the idea and becomes partners with Chris.

, the deal with Jeff fell through, but he got funding elsewhere, allowing him to open a physical location, hire employees, and expand the company.

Chris seams to have also finished his role with the company in 2011 although the albeit dated website is still up at hydromaxsystem.com

.

Since 2011 Chris has worked at Verizon. Wireless, AT&T, and currently T-Mobile. You could say he knows his way around a telecom company.
