Blondie's Cookies Shark Tank Pitch
Brenda Coffman started baking and selling cookies in college to make ends meet and now owns and operates 12 cookie stores in Indiana and Florida under her company, Blondie's Cookies.
Revenue last year was $2.3 million with zero profit. The current year (2011) should be $2.5 million in annual revenue. They opened four stores in Florida, which in their first year lost $175k. Blondie's Cookies' also has taken out an $800k bank loan.
The sharks love the cookies but hate the valuation and the risk. All go out.

Blondie's Cookies After Shark Tank
Brenda Coffman opened Blondie's Cookies' first store in 1985 in Kokomo, Indiana.

In 2022, Blondie's Cookies has outgrown its existing facilities and is opening a new "cookie factory" with office space, a test kitchen, a manufacturing facility, storage, and a storefront to buy cookies.
Business to large companies has been fruitful. In 2020 they also launched a wholesale business to sell through mom-and-pop coffee shops. Partnering with food delivery apps has greatly increased Blondie's Cookies' sales to Brenda's pleasant surprise.
Brenda finds the retail stores to be the most time-consuming part of the business but she plans to start a franchising business for others to run the stores.
