Copa Di Vino Shark Tank Pitch

James Martin is the first entrepreneur to return to the tank, bringing his company Copa Di Vino. Copa Di Vino is a wine-by-the-glass brand utilizing James' patented single-use wine containers.

Copa Di Vino is now doing $5 million in annual revenue and is strapped for cash to fund inventory to meet the demand.

Kevin picks back up on the same offer James left the tank on previously in season 2, episode 1. Kevin is interested in the licensing side of the business.

As James steps out to speak with the founder of Samuel Adams Beer, Jim Koch, Daymond sneaks back up to the display table to grab a few more glasses of wine. More importantly, Jim encourages James not to lower his valuation.

James is an egregiously slow responder. After Mark, Kevin, and Robert make an offer together, James ponders while drinking a thousand-dollar bottle of wine. It seems James will accept the deal until Mark backs out due to James' drama.
