| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Mark Cuban, Kevin O'Leary for $500k for 40% of Company with majority oof seats on the board to Mark and Kevin, but it fell through after the show. |
Phil Dumas created a lock that can be accessed by a cell phone called Unikey. Permission to access a Unikey lock can be sent to other people such as a dog watcher, to provide temporary access.
Phil intends to spend the money on securing patents. Then Phil needs to purchase the equipment and labor to produce Unikeys. Phil intends to pursue a licensing deal with Black and Decker and if that fails he will take Unikey to market himself.
Phil branded himself as a problem solver. Perhaps for the first time in Shark Tank history, every shark offered to put in money. He eventually worked out a deal with Mark and Kevin, with Mark putting in $400k to Kevin's $100k.
