Rachael Mann and Mackenzie Burdick wanted to stand out at a party, so they created a unique jewelry line called Litter. Rachael and Mackenzie design jewelry for your head, legs, hands, shoes, and more.
The free press and word-of-mouth advertising that Litter brings has allowed Litter to avoid paying for advertising. Last year's sales were $78k and this year they are on track for $150k.
Rachael and Mackenzie currently hand-make every piece, so they want to outsource production, grow their sales team, update their website, and focus on design.
Daymond identifies that Rachael and Mackenzie want to be designers rather than run the business, so he wants 70% of the company. Barbara makes sexist criticisms of Daymond from the sidelines while never offering anything herself.
Daymond doesn't want the feminist army attacking him after the show, so he clarifies that he will also be paying the girls a salary. Barbara still takes issue and encourages the girls to expect closer to $250k salaries each.
Mark jumps in with Daymond and the girls make a deal with exactly who they wanted.

In season 4, episode 13, Rachael Mann and Mackenzie Burdick updated that Litter had matched its lifetime sales of $90k in a few days following Shark Tank. They projected $3 million in sales that year. Daymond got them a meeting with Fredericks of Hollywood—Again, I have no clue what that is, but considering it is women's clothing, that's probably a good thing.
