| Final Deal | All Sharks went Out |
Taylor Gwiazdon and Jayson Sandberg created a cooler with a built-in lighting system called Liddup. They have only developed a prototype but they have a patent that means they are the only people that can put lights inside of a cooler.
I know a guy in the hood that will follow you around with a flashlight and show you your beer for the rest of your life for $1 million.
Robert has a friend in the camping industry that may be interested in licensing Liddup so Robert makes an offer for 25% equity. Kevin fancies himself an expert at negotiating licensing deals so he makes an offer for 33% royalty. The sole plan for Liddup is to license their patents to the three major cooler producers so equity and royalties are essentially identical but Kevin likes royalties so he phrases his deal as a royalty.
After Taylor and Jayson think too long, Robert feels as though Taylor and Jayson don't respect his ability so he goes out. Taylor and Jayson accept Mr. Wonderfuls deal immediately after.
