LugLess Shark Tank Pitch

Brian Altomare identified that people were tired of paying high luggage fees, airlines losing their luggage, and TSA searching through their bags. LugLess picks up a user's luggage from their home, office, or hotel and delivers it to wherever that customer is going.

In its ten-month life, Lugless has done $215k in revenue with about $70k in profit. Brian argues that he is not aiming towards being a premium concierge service but rather a budget service for the mass market. Brian might partner with another company to operate kiosk locations in airports.

The sharks believe goliath competitors like airlines and FedEx will wipe out LugLess' margins because LugLess has no proprietary advantage. All sharks go out.
