Scrub Daddy Shark Tank Pitch
Aaron Krause invented Scrub Daddy, a kitchen scrub that changes its structure based on the water temperature for different use cases. Aaron is a walking billboard who embodies the smiling brand of Scrub Daddy.
Aaron sells through a few stores in the Philadelphia area, his website, and he has been on QVC a few times. Aaron has 18 years of experience running a manufacturing facility and wants to create a brand new, efficient factory to produce Scrub Daddys 24 hours a day.
In its four months of existence, Scrub Daddy has done over $100k in sales. Aaron has acquired patents, the trademark, and domain names.
Robert and Mark worry that the product needs to be demonstrated and won't work in the retail market Aaron intends to enter, so they go out.
That hurts Mark. I wanted to work with you so bad.
Daymond and Lori bid each other up until the end when Daymond claims he was running up the price on Lori and goes out. Even that price wasn't enough for Aaron, but Aaron and Lori eventually settled on a deal over Kevin's royalty deal.

Scrub Daddy After Shark Tank
Lori of course didn't care about the nickel-and-dime games Daymond was playing. Lori knew Scrub Daddy would be huge.
Scrub Daddy got an update in season 4, episode 25, where Aaron gave an update that Lori got Scrub Daddy into every Bed Bath and Beyond. Scrub Daddy did $2 million in sales in 15 weeks after Shark Tank. Lori says Scrub Daddy is one of her best investments, and she believes it can be a $100 million company. In Beyond the Tank episode 201, Lori and her family are not only happy with the business success with Aaron, but also with the friendship their families have built.
Aaron Krause used his 14 years of experience producing urethane scrubbers in the auto industry to devise a solution to clean his grimy hands thoroughly. The Scrub Daddy was initially met with resistance and thrown in the scrap pile. 3m bought Aaron Krause's company but did not take his scrapped sponge idea. After discovering its temperature-controlled properties, Aaron later resurrected and repurposed Scrub Daddy for dishes.
