The Pitch
David Cox was teaching computer classes to the general public when he noticed most of the people signing up were over 50. He created PC Classes Online to cater computer classes for older people.
One of David's former students was the mother of Bruce Vilanch, who seems to be a goofy comedian and came on Shark Tank to help David demonstrate PC Classes Online.
David thinks he wants his service bundled with other computer sales and related products. After further elaboration, the sharks realize David is confused and is selling an add-on to the customer rather than the bundle with Apple as the customer, for example, to install on their machines out of the box.
You don't even get that. You're a bozo.
In six months PC Classes Online has 115 members resulting in $35k in revenue. The teachers do not get paid for teaching classes but rather PC Classes Online provides teachers with an avenue to establish relationships with new students, which they can convert into clients for their personal business in the future.
David is noticeably choked up as each shark goes out in rapid succession. Bruce lifts the mood with a parting joke.

Apparently, this Bruce Vilanch guy is one of these guys that decided he romantically likes other guys, and David is in that same company. In 2022 David lives in Palm Springs, California, with his seemingly much older male lover. David was happy to help save a local theater from closing during the covid panic.
