Revestor Shark Tank Pitch
Bill Lyons created a search engine for real estate investors to help find the most profitable deal called Revestor. Revestor sources data from multiple sources and cleans it into one easy-to-use interface, with a propriety prediction algorithm to recommend bargins.
Revestor is operating in ten cities and has not yet rolled out a revenue model. Bill intends to sell a $99 monthly subscription for users to get full access to the platform.
The sharks question the validity of Revestor's proprietary prediction algorithm. Barbara points out that the indicators she used in her real estate experience were never found in a dataset on a website. All sharks go out.
