| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Daymond John for $50k for 35% of company. |
Morri Chowaiki has a wife and three kids, but the holiday season gets a bit complicated because he celebrates Hanukkah while his wife celebrates Christmas. Morri created One Life Products to bridge the gap for interfaith families. Morri's main product is the Hanukkah tree topper.
Morri has put a second mortgage out on his house and has put $130k into One Time Products. Morri can no longer afford to put money in and needs a deal from the sharks to keep the business alive. They say nothing brings an interfaith family together quite like...flirting with bankruptcy.
Morri has sold 12k Hanuka Tree toppers resulting in $150k in lifetime sales over three years. The product is in 200 Bed Bath and Beyond retail stores. 70% of his sales are online. Morri mentions a study that suggests 50% of Jewish people in the U.S. marry somebody of a different religion, resulting in 1-1.5 million households that are potential customers. Morri packs the products out of his garage and says he works 12 months out of the year despite the seasonally of the product.
The sharks see the market as too small to make meaningful money in. All sharks go out except Daymond, who recalls his deal with Rabbi Moshi Weiss with Soundbender /seasons/4/episodes/14/soundbenderLink Preview

Morri was at college when he got a call from his father that the family money was gone. Morri worked his way through college and pursued a theater career doing voice acting. Morri also learned some coding in college and got involved in an e-commerce business that sold during the 1999 dot com boom and opened future career opportunities for Morri in software sales.
Morri always did jobs in the pursuit of money until the One Life Products Hannukah Tree Topper. Morri applied to season 4 and made it decently far through the application process but, at some point, got told to try again next season. After being devastated, Morri decided to go for it again and went to an open casting for season 5. He tapped into his voice acting skills and put on a wild, crazy Jewish character at the open casting and earned a spot on the holiday special.

Morri says he didn't go on Shark Tank for the Hannukah Tree Topper but rather to work with a shark. Morri admitted he would've sold 100% of the company for nothing because his entire goal was to work with a Shark. The sharks picked up that Morri was too smart to be wasting his potential on a no-good product.
Morri had never met Daymond face to face, even after closing the deal, but Morri called Daymond's office on a whim while he was in New York City, and Morri was invited to see Daymond. Daymond owned the entire 67th floor of the Empire State Building. Morri and Daymond exchanged life stories in a heart-to-heart moment. Daymond told Morri that he wasn't going to do the deal but would try and get a licensing deal done, and two days later, Daymond closed a deal and told Morri to keep in touch.
In season 6, we get an update that One Life Products and its Hanukkah Tree Topper did a licensing deal with Kurtis Adler, who took over production. Morri never touched One Life Products again and collects an annual royalty check.
Daymond got more keeping in touch than he bargained for because Morri repeatedly contacted Daymond to the point of borderline annoyance. Morri had a remote job selling software, and he followed Daymond to his conference speaking trips at his own expense to earn his way to working with Daymond. While at conferences, Morri sold Daymond's products and services to other attendees that Daymond otherwise would not have closed. Morri also used his sales experience to help Daymond get products in retail stores.
Daymond eventually pulled Morri aside and said he didn't understand Morri and that he annoyed the living shit out of him. Daymond followed this up by thanking Morri for bringing in significant extra revenue through his sales. Daymond offered Morri a job, which Morri accepted. Morri helped Daymond with all his Shark Tank businesses.
