Susan Petersen couldn't find the shoes she wanted for her babies, so she created them with her company, Freshly Picked. Freshly Picked makes moccasin shoes for babies, which promote balance as the babies learn to walk.

Susan was poor, so she took scrapped window frames from her brother's window repair business and turned them in for scrap metal over the summer, which gave her enough money to buy the leather to make her first moccasins. Susan taught herself to sew and makes the shoes herself. Two years ago, she hired a local girl to help her sew and now has a manufacturer in California that helps produce them.

This year's sales were $500k with a $120k profit, all through Freshly Picked's website. Furthermore, many customers become repeat customers. Susan believes with her social media alone, she will do between $2 million and $3 million in sales. Susan wants to use the money to get manufacturing done over seas, enter the retail space, and build a big company.

Mark loved Susan's hustle but didn't want to be in the baby shoe business. Robert and Lori joined Mark in going out. Kevin proposed a royalty offer with Daymond, but Daymond made his own offer and ultimate deal with Susan.
