Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Lori Greiner, Steve Tisch for $100k for 30% of company, but it fell through after the show. |
Julia Schmid and Joan Pacetti are sisters who love eating cookie dough despite the warnings about eating raw dough. To solve their dilemma, they created cookie dough without eggs designed to be eaten raw and started the business, The Cookie Dough Cafe.
Julia and Joan have invested $35k into their business. Sales lifetime are $24k, with last month's sales being $1600 through seven stores. $11k of their sales have come from their hometown grocery store in Normal, Illinois. They plan to use the investment to buy machinery to automate their production process.
The Cookie Dough Cafe has shown signs of expansion, so Lori and Steve team up on an offer. Julia and Joan negotiate the offer down a bit and accept a deal.
