| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran for $100k for 20% of company, paid as-needed, 20% of any company started over next five years. |
Jason Li is 16 and moved from China to America when he was 6. Jason was passionate about practicing the martial art Judo until he broke his back. While in the hospital, Jason read a book that inspired him to start a socially driven company, which became iReTron. iReTron buys used or unwanted electronics for the highest prices available on the market weather they can be resold or not.
Jason has more buyers than sellers, so he constantly has no inventory. iReTron has done $40k in sales over the last year with a $10k profit.
The sharks find the business to be complicated and likely to fail. Barbara makes an offer more in Jason than iReTron, where she gets 20% of any business that Jason starts over the next five years. The rest of the sharks are out, but Jason requests Mark join Barbara, and he agrees, so a deal is made.
