| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran for $75k for 40% of company and $100k line of credit. |
Erin Bickley and Jenny Greer noticed their butts were looking saggy in their pants, and they could not find a pant that shaped their but to conceal their age, so they created Hold Your Haunches. Hold Your Haunches is a trouser built to position the wearer's butt to a more endearing shape.
Since November 2010, Hold Your Haunches has done $280k worth of sales. Last year they did $165k in sales with a $50k profit.
Kevin, as he's done with similar beauty items in the past, mentions that Hold Your Haunches is a deceptive product to onlookers. Kevin half-jokingly considers this fraud he does not want to be involved with. Kevin also playfully warns Barbara that the pants are so tight that she would have a blot clot if she wore them.
Barbara disparagingly accuses the male sharks of going out whenever there is a female product. Lori counters that she invests in a male product and provides Scrub Daddy as an example, which Mark laughs off as not being a male product.
Lori and Barbara find the trousers more durable than any shapers they've previously seen and believe in the product, seeing as no different than make-up or other beauty products. Lori is determined to show the boys that this could be the best product of the season and wants to team up with Barbara. Lori and Barbara make an offer that Erin and Jenny initially appear shocked by but enthusiastically accept. Barbara calls Robert, Kevin, and Mark losers as she celebrates.
It could be the best deal in the show's history, yet still wouldn't prove the product is not misrepresenting the occupant's body. Furthermore, the success of one product does not mean the male sharks are wrong for sticking to their circle of competency. Warren Buffet would be proud.
