| Final Deal | Deal was made on the show with sharks Lori Greiner, Kevin O'Leary for $125k for 20% of company and 100% of profits go to repaying investment until repaid, but it fell through after the show. |
Stan Krozel and Kevin Ullery are two guys who had love at first sight at 25. Stan is more business-oriented and found success in real estate until the market crashed, and they needed a new business. Kevin considers himself more laid back and describes himself as the beauty to Stan's brains. Stan and Kevin risked their finances and relationship to create Fun Time Express, a train for kids to ride in the mall.
Fun Time Express has five active trains and is working on its sixth and seventh. Each train costs $38k (to make?). Each ticket to ride is $3. Stan indicates that they will get $500 to $800 in sales on a good weekend. Trains typically pay for themselves in six to eight months. Each mall is an individually negotiated lease.
In 2011, Fun Time Express did $106k in sales with a $47k profit before paying themselves. In 2012 they did $216k in revenue with an $80k profit. Next year they project around $1 million in sales. Stan proposes that 100% of profits go to paying back the investment until repaid.
Daymond jokes that the train reminds him of getting robbed after riding the New York City trains as a kid. He also has noticed his kids have shown little interest in similar train operations. Other sharks think Stan and Kevin may have a nice business but don't see room to make much money. Lori buys into the feel-good aspect of the business and, after all the other sharks are out, persuades Kevin O'Leary to join her on the deal, to which all parties agree.

The website funtimeexpress.com permanently went down in early 2016, and the business quietly disappeared without any articles I could find past 2014. I couldn't find anything on Kevin Ullery beyond his Twitter, @KevUllery https://x.com/KevUlleryLink Preview
