Mo's Bows Shark Tank Pitch

Moziah Bridges is 11 and has been interested in fashion since he can remember, and his role model was Daymond John. Mo's grandmother taught Mo how to sew, which led Mo and his mother, Tramica Morris, to create a bowtie business called Mo's Bows.

Mo has been selling bowties for two years and makes each bowtie with his grandma. This year Mo's Bows sold 1500 bowties worth $55k through their website and 11 stores across the south. Mo's Bows has had some publicity through magazines such as Oprah's. Mo plans to have a clothing line by age 20.

This deal is teed up for Daymond. Kevin throws in a royalty deal to mix things up. Daymond doesn't want to take equity in Mo's Bows but rather offers to mentor Mo. Mo is choked up, feeling as though he failed, but his mom steps in to happily accept Daymond's offer to mentor Mo.

In season 6 we got an update that Mo did $100k in sales and Daymond helped get Mo's Bows into Neiman Marcus for a test run.

In season 1, episode 7 of Beyond The Tank, we get an update that Mo did $180k in sales last year. Daymond shows Mo the neighborhood Daymond grew up in and teaches Mo the importance of networking and the value Daymond placed on his relationship with his mother.
