Randy Williams, whose stage name is R Dub, runs a syndicated radio show business, which Mark described means that R Dub creates his show, Sunday Night Slow Jams, and sells to radio stations that his content brings in viewers. The radio stations run advertisements throughout the show. R Dub brings his friend and commonly used singer on his show, Brian McKnight, to play a song for the sharks.

Sunday Night Slow Jams After Shark Tank
Randy Williams a.k.a. R Dub has been dubbed by some "The Gangster of Love" according to his Twitter, @slowjams , which he actively uses as of 2022. In a 2018 article by sdvoyager.com Randy is described as starting slow jams in radio broadcasting while just 13 on one radio station late at night. He expanded to several radio stations over the years, such as Hot 92.3 in Los Angeles and Magic 92.5FM in San Diego, California.
